It continuously monitors the real-time running state of the machine 24 hours, and predicts the possibility of faults and abnormalities in advance, so as to carry out a reasonable maintenance plan to improve the operation efficiency and reliability of production equipment.
With the introduction of Internet of things technology, the relevant information of machine operation will be collected as big data, the decline of equipment performance and operation efficiency will be evaluated through AI detection and analysis, and appropriate and effective measures will be taken before the failure, which will be more accurate and efficient compared with the conventional maintenance in the past. As the Chinese team of CMC in Germany, simsey and the German headquarters jointly developed a system for on-line condition monitoring of its main equipment by using special algorithms to analyze and read the electrical signals obtained from almost all the lubricating oil, grease and fuel used by the equipment.
Fortunately, from the early stage of R & D, our new system has been continuously concerned by many core industries, such as power grid, electric power, rail transit, steel, cement and other industries, as well as many well-known universities and research institutions in the Chinese market, which is known as the world's largest factory. Now, this system is being gradually introduced, and the domestic industry university research cooperation has also started. I am sure that in the near future, this system will eventually be incorporated into the equipment system supporting the new industrial revolution in the world. In addition, in order to suppress the deterioration of lubricating oil detected by the system, we have equipped a special filter device that can keep the lubricating oil clean for a long time, which is conducive to the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
