After graduating from the world-famous Tokyo University, Mr. Hasegawa joined jxtg holding group, Japan's largest oil company. During his tenure, he was successively responsible for the base oil research and lubricant development business of the Central Research Institute, and served as the CEO of the group's U.S. company. Later, as an executive director, he joined Nippon Electric Co., Ltd., the world's largest motor manufacturer, and served as CEO of China. In addition, Mr. Hasegawa also served as the US CEO of Mikasa Co., Ltd., a world-famous leading enterprise in the rubber industry, and the Asia CEO of Calumet oil group. After joining CMC, I was mainly responsible for the business development in Asia.
Mr. Hasegawa has been engaged in lubrication, tribology and sensor research for more than 35 years. At present, he is still a senior consultant in many world-famous enterprises.
