At present, we have carried out joint R & D bench test with abb, ice, Siemens, SNCF and ALSTOM in Germany, among which the traction substation along ice has been installed. Gearbox driving device is the key equipment of train power transmission. With the rapid development of high-speed railway, subway, light rail and other rail transit technologies and the acceleration of the process of autonomy, it has become an important issue to ensure the safe operation and fault diagnosis of trains. By monitoring the quality and working state of gear oil in the gearbox, the health state of the gearbox can be judged to a great extent. Accurate prediction and proper intervention before wear and lubrication failure can avoid or slow down the occurrence of wear and lubrication failure, and provide significant guarantee for safe operation and economy of train operation.
