┃ Application of building materials and cement industry

  The key equipment plays an important role in the continuous production process of cement plant. The failure of key equipment directly affects the normal production of the enterprise, increases the maintenance cost, and then affects the economic benefits of the cement plant. Cement production has a strong flow process characteristics. Rotary kiln, cement mill, grate cooler and other equipment are the key equipment in the production process of cement enterprises. Once the equipment is shut down, the production line will be shut down directly, and the loss is self-evident.
At present, most cement plants use manual spot inspection mode for key equipment, which is lack of data. It is difficult to trace the fault, and the equipment is out of control between two spot inspection intervals. Some cement plants have installed monitoring systems for some key equipment, but these monitoring systems only collect the total value of vibration and temperature data, and do not retain the original waveform data of vibration. Therefore, the collected data can only play the role of security, and can not be used for accurate fault location, let alone fault cause analysis.
